CIPA Constitution

The Civic Progress Party (CIPA) Constitution is the supreme governing document of the party, establishing the rights and obligations of all members, the structure of party organs, and the procedures for party operations. It is developed in accordance with Articles 91 and 92 of the Constitution of Kenya and the Political Parties Act, 2011.
